Add all these ingredients into a mixture and grind it to make a paste. You can apply this shampoo without straining. Store it in an airtight glass container and wash your hair with this natural shampoo to fight hair fall and vitalize hair growth.

Bhringaraj is considered to be the best and the most amazing herb to fight hair fall and graying. It promotes hair growth and prevents premature graying of hair. You can use it as a conditioner or apply Bhringaraj hair oil to fight hair fall and re-grow your hair.

To make hair conditioner, all that you need is Bhringaraj and warm water. Take about 5 tbsp of dried Bhringaraj and mix into the water to make a paste. Add a tbsp of pure coconut oil into the paste, and mix it well to make the conditioner.

Apply this mask twice or thrice for best results. You should include fenugreek seeds in your diet, because it is good for your health.

Ever thought of using onions on your scalp? It’s actually magical in arresting hair fall. Peel off a couple of onion, wash it off and slice it in smaller portions. Grind or crush it to extract its juice. Apply this juice on your scalp and leave it for about 15-20 minutes, and wash your head with normal water. Causes of hair fall / hair loss
