Epsom salt remedy

If you have Epsom salt at home, then you can obviously use this remedy to treat foot pain easily. This is because Epsom salt also known as magnesium sulfate has got anti-inflammatory and soothing properties, thanks to the presence of magnesium in it, which is very beneficial in treating pains. In fact, Epsom salt is so effective that it’s not just used in treating foot pain, but also in case of muscle aches, spasms and other pains as well.

How to use

Here you need around ½ cup of Epsom salt and a bowl of hot water. You need to add the salt in the warm water. Mix it well unless the salt dissolves.
