Avoid sugary drinks – The processed drinks with high sugar contents can be very damaging in the long run and hence it is best to avoid them if you want to remain fit, healthy and keep your platelets count under normal range. The main reason is because such drinks contain many chemicals that can disturb the production of the platelets. Like, for example artificial sweeteners like synthetic colors, aspartame, preservative etc. are considered to be harmful in long run.
